About Sliding Fee Discount Program

My Primary Care Patients are not turned away based on their inability to pay.
We provide a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all persons who qualify.

The program sets a discount level on what you pay based on the size of your household
and how much money your household makes in a year.

Patients can apply for the My Primary Care Sliding Fee Discount Program.
Once approved, any discount depends on household income and
household size compared to the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
